SMA of Greater Phoenix is a Professional Special Interest Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Our mission is to serve the professional development and networking needs of human resource professionals and service providers at all levels in the employment profession by providing the most essential and comprehensive resources available.  As your direct connection to the future of the employment function and related human resources issues, SMA of Greater Phoenix is the only SHRM Chapter in the Valley dedicated to serving the needs of the employment profession.

Selection as a Superior Honor State Council indicates that the council 
has achieved excellence in fulfilling its mission of:

-Serving as a conduit for communication between SHRM members and chapters.
-Coordinating chapter efforts at the state level.
-Facilitating services and programs for the collective interests of your state membership and chapter leaders and all SHRM members in the state.
